To view your order history, you must log in and select your account name from the upper-right side menu.
To view orders placed online:
- Log in to your Rochester online user account.
- Once logged in, your name will appear in the upper right side menu.
- By clicking your account name a drop-down menu will appear.
- From the drop-down menu, select Orders.
- To view individual orders, select the appropriate order number (displayed in red) from the list. Alternatively, select "View Details" to the right of the order number. The selected order will display on the screen.
- Included in the order details are shipment and tracking numbers, tracking URLs, actual delivery dates, and ship-to country.
- Additionally, the option to initiate a reorder is available by clicking the "Start Reorder" button located in the upper-right side of the Order Details page.
