Payment Options for Online Purchases

Available Payment Methods

Customers can purchase online using:

Credit Card
Net 30 Terms (for approved accounts)

Important: Select a Shipping Address First

Before payment options can be displayed during checkout, you must first select a shipping address.

If a shipping address has not been selected, available payment methods, including Terms, may not appear.

Paying by Credit Card

Customers paying by credit card may enter their own purchase order (PO) number during checkout.

The Credit Card PO Number field is optional and can be used for internal tracking purposes. If provided, the PO number may be included on related shipping and invoice documentation.

Paying with Net 30 Terms

Customers with approved payment terms may select the Terms payment option during checkout.

When paying with Terms:

A purchase order (PO) number is required.
The PO number must be entered before the order can be submitted.
Only approved accounts with established terms will see this payment option.

I Don't See the Terms Payment Option

If Terms is not available during checkout:

Verify that a shipping address has been selected.
Confirm that your account has approved payment terms.
Contact Rochester Electronics Customer Support if you believe terms should be available for your account.

Need to Establish Payment Terms?

Customers who do not currently have payment terms may request them through their My Account page.

Navigate to My Account.
Select Update Billing Information.
Complete the Billing/Invoice Change Request form.
Enter your desired credit limit.
Include any additional information in the Comments field that may assist with the review process.
Submit the request for review.

Approval of payment terms is subject to Rochester Electronics' credit review process.
