How do I manage my Rochester online account information?
By logging into your online account, you may manage select aspects of your profile information.
- Reset Your Password:
- If you have forgotten your password, navigate to the initial Login page, within the the "Returning Customers" section and select the "Forgot Password" button. Press the "Reset" button within the prompt that appears. You will receive a password reset email containing instructions and link to reset your password. The link will lead you to a page where you can establish a new password. Use this new password to login to your account.
- To change an existing password, navigate to the "My Account" page. Click the "Password Reset" button within the "My Profile and Password" section. You will receive a password reset email containing instructions and link to reset your password. The link will lead you to a page where you can establish a new password. Use this new password to login to your account.
- Edit Personal Information: Update your personal information within the "My Account" page.
- Manage Shipping Addresses: Manage shipping addresses within the "Addresses" page.
- Upload Tax Certificate: On the "My Account" page, you may upload a tax certificate by clicking the "Upload a Tax Certificate" button and following the prompts.
- Manage Terms Credit Limit: On the "My Account" page, by pressing the "New Account / Increase Credit Limit" button, you may edit your billing information and specify a new USD desired credit limit.
