How to Reset Your Password from the Login Page

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from the login page in a few steps.

1. Go to the Rochester login page.
2. Under the Password field, select the red Forgot Password link.
3. Enter your username and submit.
4. Check your email inbox for a message titled Trouble Signing In?
5. Select Click here to reset your password.
6. Enter and confirm your new password, then select Change Password.

After you save your new password, you’ll be taken to your account portal.

Password Requirements

Your new password must include at least:

• 8 characters
• 1 letter
• 1 number

Didn’t Get the Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder. The reset email can sometimes be filtered there.
• Make sure you entered the correct username.
• Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
